Return Policy: FixLogix offers a full 30 day refund policy, if you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason. Warranty: We warranty our products for one year against manufacturing defects. Shipping: Shipping is FOB (Freight on Board) from our plant in Olivet, Michigan, USA. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. FixLogix will use the shipping service of your choice or select an appropriate carrier for you. FixLogix provides the crate, pallet or container for shipping. While we try to provide packaging that protects the product during shipping, we are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment. We recommend that the products are shipped insured as protection against incidental damage or loss that may occur during shipment. The customer is responsible for insurance costs. Liability Limitation: You can recover from FixLogix only direct damages up to the entire cost of the products you purchased from us. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
